Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with ReFaUSA.com, you will receive an email with information regarding the details of your order. This order confirmation email is your receipt, and can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our website after successful submission of an order), product details and corresponding prices, any credits or promotional discounts, taxes, shipping charges (if applicable), your shipping and billing information, and shipping method.
If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card matches the billing address on your account, try reentering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current and valid. If a second error message is received after validating the information you've entered, contact Customer Service at 877-834-6677 and/or your financial institution for further assistance.
You may change the shipping address anytime prior to your order being shipped. It usually takes 24-72 hours to ship out your order, and our process cutoff time is at 1:00PM PST Monday through Friday. No shipping on weekends.

UPS Ground with Signature Required
ReFaUSA.com ships via UPS Ground, and requires the recipient's signature upon receipt to avoid any loss of the product. We cannot waive the signature requirement for any reason. However, you are welcome to contact your local UPS location and arrange for them to hold your package for pickup.
Once your order is confirmed as having shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package. A shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to your email address after your order is processed and leaves our facility.
ReFaUSA.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping information or shipping addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address and information. Any charges incurred by ReFaUSA.com to reroute a shipment or make an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. ReFaUSA.com will make every attempt to contact the customer in advance to avoid additional shipping charges when possible. Please be sure to receive and sign for the package to avoid any loss of products. If delivery is attempted and the driver is unable to deliver the package, UPS will return the package to ReFaUSA.com. Any charges incurred by ReFaUSA.com due to unsuccessful delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges incurred by ReFaUSA.com due to refused shipment will be the customer's responsibility.
United States: 2-7 business days. All orders are shipped from California, from which transit time is 2-7 business days to most addresses in the US.
ReFaUSA.com provides a 30-day return window from the day of delivery. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund only if the item is unopened or defective. If the item has been opened and used, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
We will provide return shipping labels only in the case of a blatant product defect, or a manufacturing or shipping mistake by ReFaUSA.com. In any of these cases, we will ask for photographic proof. For cases where we must physically inspect the item in order to confirm the state of the returned product, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs (up to $15), and will be reimbursed only if the item is determined to be defective following our inspection.
Our warranty states that all ReFa devices will be free of defects and function as intended for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace any ReFa device that fails to function correctly due to any manufacturing or design flaw within one year from the date of purchase, completely free of charge. Further warranty information and instructions are provided on the warranty card included with every ReFa device. Warranty can only be redeemed at the original purchase location. ReFa devices that are not sold on ReFaUSA.com are not covered by our warranty. Warranty is not available for skincare/perishable products.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made. If you wish to inquire about your return, please contact Customer Service. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse. If the returned item does not meet our Return Policy criteria (unopened with all of the original packaging and accessories), then no refund will be given – and the returned item will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
If a return is due to any fault of the customer, such as an incorrect item being ordered or a delivery address being entered incorrectly, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on the part of ReFaUSA.com, such as shipment of an incorrect item or damage to an item upon arrival, ReFaUSA.com shall be responsible for the return shipping costs.

All payments are held for verification at the time of purchase, and are processed upon shipment of the order.
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from the time they are received.
Where is my order confirmation?

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 9:00AM PST will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 9:00AM PST, it will ship the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

What’s the difference in between Ray and None Ray collections?
The difference in between Carat Ray and Carat are that the solar panel on Ray collection is larger and allows more microcurrent to pass through your device, and the Ray collection Special Hand Grip Design.
